Answers:

1. - What is the standard delivery time?

We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. However there may be an occasion, either due to stock levels or other unforeseen reasons, that this can be delayed. Should this happen, we will contact you and advise you of this, where you will be given the option to cancel your order.

2. - How much is delivery?
Delivery costs will vary depending on what you order and where you would like them delivered to. The standard cost for orders under £60 exclusive of VAT, to a UK mainland address is £5.00. For all orders over £60 there is no delivery charge.  For large pallet deliveries please be aware that the costs will be considerably higher than the fee you are charged for delivery. These should be negotiated with us separately. Our delivery coverage is limited to the mainland UK and Isle of Man. 3. - Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately it is not possible for customers to collect their orders. We achieve great efficiencies through automating the processes throughout the business which delivers great value for money and great customer service. This does however mean that it is not possible to collect your order from our warehouse.


4. - Do you have a telephone number I can call you on?
So that we can provide the most efficient service for you and so that you are not kept in a long phone queue, we now only offer support via e-mail. We aim to reply to all e-mails within 24 hours. sales@plumbingessentials.co.uk

5. - How do I return an item?
